This page explains how to delete your account and the personal data associated with it.
Enter the email linked to your account and we'll send you a confirmation link. The link is valid for 24 hours. Opening it permanently deletes your account.
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
There is no soft-delete or recovery period — once the account is deleted, the data cannot be restored.
For legal and operational reasons, a small amount of data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form after deletion:
| Data | Reason | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase / subscription records | Tax and accounting obligations; handled by App Store / Google Play | Up to 7 years (as required by law) |
| Crash and error diagnostics (Bugsnag, anonymised user ID) | Service stability | 90 days |
| Aggregated analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics) | Aggregated usage statistics — no longer tied to your identity | 14 months |
| Abuse / safety records | Prevention of ban evasion and community safety, only if your account was removed for a policy violation | Up to 2 years |
To keep the service clean for active users, accounts that have not been used for a long time are automatically removed. After 3 months without logging in, the account is marked as inactive. 14 days later it enters a pending-deletion state, and another 14 days after that it is permanently deleted along with all associated data.
How to keep your account: just log in to the app — that's all it takes. Logging in resets the timer.
We send a single warning email when the account enters the pending-deletion state, 14 days before deletion. If you no longer plan to use the app, you can simply ignore it.
