Community Guidelines

Effective date: April 17, 2026

These are the rules of our community. We respect the will of everyone to be themselves, as long as it does not violate the space of another. mmeet is built on a simple idea: replace endless chats with a real-life meeting in 5 minutes. For this to work, everyone in our community must feel safe and respected. These Guidelines apply to every profile, every mmeet video, and every interaction on the platform.

1. Be Real

  • Use your real first name and an authentic, recent photo.
  • Your mmeet video must be recorded by you, of you. No stand-ins, deepfakes, or footage of other people.
  • Don't impersonate anyone — public figures, friends, or fictional characters.
  • One person, one account.

Every profile photo and every mmeet video is automatically checked by AI moderation before it goes live. Fakes, deepfakes, and content that violates the rules are rejected instantly.

2. 18+ Only

mmeet is strictly for adults. Age is verified at registration. If we suspect an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it immediately and permanently.

3. Be Respectful

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
  • No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or health status.
  • No insults, dehumanization, or content that glorifies violence.
  • Having your own opinion is fine — being cruel is not. If someone says 'no', accept it with dignity.

4. No Sexual or Explicit Content

  • No nudity or sexually explicit material in photos or videos.
  • No solicitation of sexual services or transactional arrangements.
  • Even if such content is legal in your jurisdiction, it is prohibited in mmeet.

5. No Commercial Use or Spam

  • mmeet is for meeting people, not for promoting products, services, or social networks.
  • No links to OnlyFans, Patreon, or similar resources.
  • No recruiting, multi-level marketing, or political campaigning.

6. No Dangerous or Illegal Activity

  • No content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous challenges.
  • No sale of drugs, weapons, or stolen items.
  • Any activity that threatens the safety of children is reported to law enforcement immediately.

7. Respect Privacy

  • Don't share others' phone numbers, addresses, or private photos without consent.
  • Don't record screens or share other users' mmeet videos outside the app.
  • What happens privately after a match stays between you.

8. Meet in Good Faith

  • Only agree to a meeting if you genuinely intend to show up.
  • If plans change, cancel in the app — don't leave someone waiting.
  • Respect the other person's time, space, and boundaries on the day of the meeting.

9. Enforcement and Responsibility

If you see a violation of these rules — use the report button. Our team reviews all reports and can issue warnings or permanently delete accounts. Serious violations are reported to law enforcement.

10. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these rules as the community grows. The date at the top always indicates the current version.
