Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Child protection is a fundamental part of our foundation of respect. In a world where respect for personality prevails, there is no place for exploitation. mmeet has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards, technical and operational measures to prevent CSAE on our platform.

1. Age Restriction

mmeet is strictly for adults (18+). We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use the service.

  • Age is verified during registration on both the client and server side.
  • If we discover an account belongs to a minor, it will be immediately and permanently deleted along with all data.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on mmeet:

  • Any content depicting or implying the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM).
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes.
  • Creating accounts on behalf of minors or providing false age information.

Violators are banned permanently, and information is reported to relevant authorities.

3. Preventive Measures

  • Strict age gate. Automatic rejection of any registration attempt under 18.
  • No private chats. mmeet's structure minimizes risks by replacing long chats with quick real-life meetings.
  • Automated video moderation. Every mmeet-video is analyzed by Google Gemini before publication for policy violations.
  • Manual moderation of reports. Every user report is reviewed by a human.

4. How to Report Violations

You can report a profile directly in the app or write to us via the contact form.

We review reports within 24-72 hours.

5. Action on Reports

Confirmed violations result in permanent account deletion. We cooperate with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

6. Compliance

Our standards are designed to comply with international and local laws, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and Council of Europe conventions.
